Are your products really all-natural?
A gentle yes! Every product is made with carefully chosen natural ingredients-no harsh chemicals, no unnecessary fillers, just simple, skin-loving goodness.
Do your products work for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Every formula is made with sensitivity in mind, using gentle ingredients that nourish without irritation. But because everyone’s skin is different, we always recommend a small patch test first-just to be sure.
Are your products fragrance-free?
We use natural ingredients that sometimes have their own light scent, but we never add artificial fragrances. If a product does contain essential oils, we make sure to note it so you can choose what feels best for your skin.
How should I store my products?
Because our products are made with fresh, natural ingredients, they’re happiest in a cool, dry place-away from direct sunlight and moisture. If refrigeration is needed, we’ll always let you know on the label!
How long do your products last?
Since we use natural ingredients with minimal preservatives, the shelf life may be shorter than conventional skincare. Most products last between 6-12 months, but we always recommend checking the label for best results.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Every product is tested on us, never on animals. We believe in kindness at every step of the process.
Can I use these products if I have eczema or acne-prone skin?
We formulate with gentle, skin-soothing ingredients that work well for most skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. While we can’t promise a cure, we truly hope our products bring a little comfort to your skin.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every order is packed with care, and we do our best to ship as quickly as possible! Processing times are usually 4-8 business days, and shipping can take 3-4 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We know mistakes happen! If you need to update your address, please reach out to us as soon as possible at Info@bareskinessentialsandherbs.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we’re only shipping within the USA, but we’re working on expanding! Stay tuned.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
That’s the last thing we want. If your package arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please email us at Info@bareskinessentialsandherbs.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made fresh and for personal use, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out-we’re always happy to help.

Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
While our products are made with natural ingredients, we always recommend checking with your doctor first-just to be extra safe.
Do you offer samples?
We’d love to, and we’re working on it! For now, we try to offer smaller sizes of some products so you can test them out first.
Do you take custom orders or special requests?
Every product is handmade with care, and while we don’t offer custom formulations right now, we always love hearing what you’re looking for! Feel free to reach out.
